It’s one of the most expansive media franchises which includes visual novels, movies, seven anime series, and even a gacha game. Many people have written articles just to explain the correct order to start digesting the Fate lore. And once you’re in it, you’re hooked until the end of the Holy Grail Wars. So let’s see how you can get the Fate series’ greatest heroes and mages in Minecraft.
1. Saber
Check Out This Skin In the Fate series, Servants are summoned to compete in the Holy Grail War along with their Masters. Saber is one of many Heroic Spirits – and is considered to be one of the strongest Servants there is. That’s what you get for being the legendary King Arthur who wields Excalibur, the most powerful sword in existence.
2. Medusa (Rider)
Check Out This Skin Another historically famous personality to join the Servant rank is Rider, also known as Medusa. I know what you’re thinking: wasn’t Medusa transformed into a monster with a snakey hairstyle? Well, this Gorgon preferred to keep her long purple hair, skintight dress, and beautiful appearance. But don’t let her looks fool you – Rider’s got it what it takes to win the war… if only her Master wasn’t such a douchebag.
3. Cú Chulainn (Lancer)
Check Out This Skin When it comes to well-choreographed fight scenes, I can always count on Lancer to deliver a spectacular performance. Because he’s no other than Cú Chulainn, the greatest hero in Irish mythology. This demigod wields the mighty Gáe Bolg, a red spear that has pierced and stabbed friends and foes alike. Against mobs, you’d want to have this blue-haired warrior-hero on your side.
4. Heracles (Berseker)
Check Out This Skin What if Hercules, the most famous hero in Greek mythology, was made a Servant? Enter Berseker, the son of Zeus, and the series’ scariest competitor. This colossal warrior creates shockwaves just by slashing his sword, all thanks to the Mad Enhancement skill that exponentially boosts his raw power. To make things worse, Berseker moves insanely fast for someone his size. I promise that Creepers and Zombies won’t stand a chance against this beast.
5. Gilgamesh
Check Out This Skin All Servants are powerful in their own right. But Gilgamesh is on a whole other level. Based on ancient Mesopotamian mythology, Gilgamesh is hailed as the world’s oldest hero and boasts the title “King of Heroes.” It suffices to say that he’s probably the strongest Servant in the series. Wear Gilgamesh’s golden armor in Minecraft and reach your own level of epicness!
6. Emiya Shirou (Archer)
Check Out This Skin Unlike the other Servants in this list, Archer isn’t a legendary hero from ancient times or a mythic entity worshipped by many. Instead, Archer is an alternate version of Shirou Emiya, the series’ protagonist. Because of his desire to become a hero, Emiya made a deal with the World, thus becoming a guardian capable of battling greater Heroic Spirits. If you want a unique Servant in your roster, then don’t miss out on Archer’s fiery character.
7. Shirou Emiya (Fate/Stay Night)
Check Out This Skin Speaking of Shirou Emiya, skin creator Patchyyy designed an accurate rendering of Fate/stay night’s protagonist for Minecraft. Compared to the previous entries, Shirou’s pajama look isn’t much, but this boy wonder is willing to sacrifice his life to save others. This guy’s the perfect example of how even normal people can make a difference in the grand scheme of things.
8. Illyasviel von Einzbern
Check Out This Skin You may think Ilya’s just a sweet little girl, but this mage is the formidable Master of Berseker. With a powerful Greek hero by her side and unlimited mana, Ilya would prove to be a formidable opponent to Shirou Emiya. Have a spellbinding time with Ilya, all thanks to this skin created by Hakuryuu.
9. Rin Tohsaka
Check Out This Skin Rin is the current head of the Tohsaka family, one of the three founding magi families who established the Holy Grail War in Fuyuki City, Japan. As such, Rin grew up to be a capable mage driven to win the war with a Saber-class Servant, but only to summon Archer instead.
10. Sakura Matou
Check Out This Skin When I first watched Fate/stay night, I didn’t really give much attention to Sakura. She was obviously playing the stereotypical one-sided romantic interest of the protagonist. However, in Heaven’s Feel, Sakura would become one of the most powerful antagonists in the series. With that being said, I’ll stick with Good Sakura for now.
